The Law Firm of Robert J. Frank & Assoc., PLLC is a boutique trial firm representing individuals and businesses in complex civil litigation. The term ‘complex civil litigation’ refers to non-criminal trial matters that are factually or legally complicated, which require counsel experienced in complex matters, a significant amount of attorney time and attention, and innovative solutions. Ordinary firms are often ill-equipped to represent clients in such cases. Complex civil litigation includes litigation from many different practice areas including: complex or large divorce cases; complex business transactions; constitutional law and civil rights matters; and catastrophic injury and death claims. While every effort is taken to settle such cases, they must be worked as if they will proceed to trial. The Practice of Law as a Ministry

One’s faith was never meant to be restricted to the four walls of a house of worship. As a Christian lawyer, my practice of law is part of my Christian mission. It is reflected in the types of cases I take, and the people I represent. It is reflected in my willingness to fight for my clients in the most complex, contentious and high conflict litigation possible, while at the same time treating everyone within such litigation with directness, honesty, and dignity. My mission is seen in my representation of persons of all belief systems, lifestyles, and backgrounds and treating them with the same acceptance and deference I would want. It means I will fight for my clients fiercely and with conviction and always in the most ethical manner possible.

I am the principal attorney for the firm. When people hire me to represent them, they deal with me and no one else.
