Second Amendment Rights

Protecting Your Right to Keep and Bear Arms

An individual's right to keep and bear arms is a very personal and important right which the United States Supreme Court recognizes as established law. Whether it be for personal protection, hunting, or sporting purposes you have a right to own, carry and use a firearm subject only to reasonable restriction. You have a right to fundamental due process in any proceeding to determine if a gun may be seized from you; may be kept from you; or whether you may carry a gun in a concealed fashion.

I am attorney Rob Frank in Lewisburg, West Virginia. I am a proud member of the NRA and am available to assist you in protecting this fundamental right.
